Nearly a month in and I've done more than I expected to, to be honest. With two days to go until February, progress look like this:
• Yearly wordcount goal 07,786/50,000 (15.57%)
• Monthly wordcount goal 7,786/4,167 (186.85%)
• Daily journal 21/29 (72.41%)
• Wrote 8 pieces for RaTs prompts
• Decided on a guinea pig cage layout
As for RaTs: I picked three flavours for three different universes. I wrote 5 pieces for the pirate universe, but then flailed. I picked three more flavours and wrote three pieces of fanfiction for those instead. I might post one or two of those as I'm actually relatively happy about them.
As for the cage: I'm really bummed out about this, as I picked out all the products I wanted and at checkout was told the store doesn't currently ship to my country. Will need to assess my options there.
8 RaTs??? Damn that's amazing. Also you are way ahead of schedule, I love the percentages, that 180% must feel damn good hehe. Go you!
Yes, that number is super nice to look at, specially since I have a tendency to look at what I did not do instead of what I did do.
As for the RaTs, yes, there were 8, but just around 1,000 words average for them. I found they're a great way to jumpstart your imagination, though.
On another note: I've had characters do their own thing against my plans two times now. It was unexpected and nicely reminiscent of when I used to write all the time. I strongly encourage them to keep up their contrary shenanigans.

Nearly three months in, and progress has slowed considerably. Stuff is going on in my personal life that is draining energy like a *censored*. Will get back into things, will probably take a little while though.
