The idea behind the 5k Weekend is that you pick a goal for the WHOLE weekend. The challenge runs from 12 midnight on Saturday morning till 11:59 on Sunday night. This is great for those of you who work or go to school during the week and find yourself not writing a whole lot until the weekends. It's a great way to catch up if you're behind or get ahead if you're caught up.
